We are excited to announce that Technical Safety Services, LLC (TSS) has acquired CEPA Operations, Inc (CEPA). This joining of two of California’s leading certification companies will enable us to even better serve our customers.
Headquartered in Ontario, CA and founded in 1973, CEPA is a California based provider of certification and repair services for controlled environment equipment from all major OEM brands. CEPA’s capabilities are built around it’s experienced technicians and quality of service. “We have built a fantastic company and are very excited to partner with TSS as our combined resources and capabilities will bring enhanced support for our customers and opportunities for our employees. I believe this is a great fit for the business, our customers, and the CEPA team.,” commented Wayne Copeland, owner of CEPA and former President of the Controlled Environment Testing Association (CETA).
